John, God bless you for your efforts. I ran the Chicago marathon on 10/12 in honor of a dear friend who is also battling a blood related cancer. This too was my second Team in Training experience. In 1998 I ran Dublin for another friend who is still battling non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. She has endured far more than any human should have to endure, having been diagnosed two weeks after giving birth to her first child. I applaud you for your incredible selflessness in creating such a wonderful forum to facilitate charitable contributions. I am continuing to raise money to participate in another marathon in the spring (Rome) with Team in Training. Keep happy thoughts and know that your crossing that finish line is helping babies not yet born who will be diagnosed with cancer. An amazing concept.
